With the speeders in the community would speed bumps be an option?

Some of our residences may be older or physically unable to maintain their homes or yards. What if once a month or once every couple of months we had a community involvement day where neighbors would sign up to help each other? This would help keep the community looking nice and help build relationships

It is the holidays and all the decorations look wonderful. As quickly as the holidays come they leave. Which brings up the subject of the holiday decorations. Some residence leave their Christmas lights up well into the new year if not all year long. Shouldn't we have a reasonable date that they need to be taken down?
